Stephon

A bald teller of tall tales who frequents the Pretty Parrot Inn in Cormire and fancies himself a strongarm. He was introduced when Geffin met him and Stephon told the halfling of some of his escapades protecting precious cargo on ferries to and fro Serenton.

Hired (we think) by Rathos to hire the party to rescue Archibald Belvadere. He has a junk-like boat off pier 27 in Cormire and has bugbear henchmen.
