Richard Stout

Encountered in Dragonslayers, allegedly a nephew of the king in Camlin, reported to be travelling back from Kali-Shaza and Sri on matters of great importance. He's described as a 40-something bearded warrior with an uncanny knack for sensing danger, jovial, with a strong scot-irish accent.

He's loyal to his wife.

He travelled with a contingent of other armored badasses on big warhorses.

He'd made the trip to the East several times, sometimes staying 2 years on behalf of the king.
