Lyvian Beaumont

In A Matter of Some Concern, Baxter Beaumont's younger sister in Cormire, who acted as a sort of Minister of Infrastructure Operations, though she held no official title, having been given the responsibilities by her father, the previous Viceroy of Cormire.

Upon his death, she and her brother took over management of the city-state.

She was recently pushed out by her brother in an as-yet-defined scandal, and fled in exile and outrage into the mountains.
