Originally from Zareph, he has a laconic drawl.

"The man was in his thirties, tall and lean, with the face of a hawk, a mop of brown hair in his eyes, and ill-fitting armor. He hung his thumbs on his belt, kicked idly at the gravel, and said, "Captain, just wantin' to say hi."

Vasker smiled and extended a hand. The trooper was a ostensibly a sergeant, but had never been given the correct insignia. His name was Wimbly, and while he had a hard time with eye contact, he seemed earnest."

Vasker Raiden, impressed with his demeanor, promoted him in N2.
