• helped develop protocols for handling and disposal of Syrian and Egyptian chemical and biological weapons in 2016-2018
• after some complaints about erratic behavior, he retired, purchased home in suburbs of Rome in late 2018.
• diagnosed Depression causing MI6 to put a tail on him just in case
• five years ago, his wife Mary took the kids back to Boston
• been a hermit, but 6 months ago start coming out, eating and drinking and occasionally gambling with a woman half his age (Angela Rossi)
