In Improbability Squad, an elderly priate navigator, also known as the 'Mustache Killer' for his murderous exploits earlier in the century, confined for much of his life to Broadmoor Hospital in Greenbriar.

He's frail but healthy, aside from the persistent oozing wound on his neck, which he reports is the result of Raymond's bullet.

He disembarked on Jack's Secret Isle,and the party left him behind, hunting for Raymond.
