Sprite

Forest creatures of Glimmorwood and other enchanted woodlands.

They appear as 6-8" tall beautiful human women, clothe-less, with fluttering transparent wings.

They are all born of enchanted mother trees, their role in the forest is to tend to its beauties and assist good souls therein.

They become despondent and weak in dry and harsh environments, and enjoy flitting about between flowers.

They have their own language that sounds to men like a high-pitched effervescent purr.
