Quaralee

In Skyfire, a queen of the deep redwood forest in the southern reaches of Sorcerers Isle. She rides an iridescent rainbow dragon.

She is beautiful, nude, elf-like, but for her lavender skin, dragonfly wings, red eyes, and snow-white dreadlocks that writhe in the air as if she was underwater. The breeze stops and the air warms near her.
