What you're awesome at and how you got that way: Kozlov was an orphan, having to steal to survive.
When he was a teenager Kozlov unknowingly broke into a cult’s hideout. He was captured, tortured, and
tested on. In an attempt to summon a demon the cult managed to make a goat that had been attacked by a
werewolf bite Kozlov. This caused him to become a weregoat. Soon Kozlov could feel horns on his skull
and his beard and hair grew at an alarming rate. Surprised by this development the priests left. While
alone, Kozlov discovered he had the ability to turn into a goat. With this secret he planned his escape.
One night he morphed out of his chains, killed the priests that guarded him and fled. On his way out he lit
a fire and barricaded all the doors, killing everyone left inside. Years passed and Kozlov learned to
repress his goat appearance, but the ordeal left him covered in scars and tattoos. Marked as an outcast to
society the criminal world was the only one that would accept him. From a petty criminal Kozlov grew
into a masked felon known as The Black Faun! Hired for assassinations and larceny, he is proficient in
stealth, acrobatics, observation and shadowing, knife work, the crossbow, and poisons.
What you're in jail for: Kozlov broke into the Dukes household to steal information for a rival Duke.
While in the stables he suddenly heard deep voices and laughter and quickly turned into a goat to hide
amongst the horses. He quickly realized this was a grave mistake as the young Dukes daughter ordered
her personal guard to take the goat upstairs to her room. There Kozlov found himself being combed,
braided, and placed into a small ballroom gown. Suddenly the Dukes voice was shouting for his daughter.
Terrified she orders her guard to hide the goat in her dressing room. Finally alone Kozlov morphs back
into human form. He locates a window and starts his escape, but alas, Kozlov discovers the gown he is
wearing is caught in the window! To his horror he hears the door open. For a moment everything is still
as the guard attempts to wrap his mind around what he sees. Then as quickly as it came the moment is
gone. A struggle occurs and the guard quickly overwhelms Kozlov. Left in the tattered remains of a
young girl’s ballroom gown, Kozlov is thrown into a cell. As the guard leaves to look for a missing goat,
the Black Faun notices he is not alone in his cage!
Personality quirks: Covered in scars and tattoos, most goat themed or demonic. Does not trust organized
religion, especially dark religions. Defies authority if he isn’t the one in charge. Always looking for
weaknesses. Thick headed. Greedy. Has a soft place in his heart for animals and children.
