Background

Brandon Jackson grew up in Chester, raised by his elf mother Alren and human father Charles.

His childhood was an impoverished one where friends or help were rarely found. Chester had a strong

prejudice towards elves and for that reason Brandon was often the victim of bullying and harassment

for being half elf. As a result he quickly learned to fend for himself. It wasn’t until he turned 14 that he

made his first friend, Tony Sabbath, the son of a fisherman and a miscreant like Brandon. The two got

into lots of trouble and quickly became best friends. At the age of 17 Brandon and Tony planned their

biggest heist of yet. The plan was to rob the local trading company, Stonewall. They stormed in, faces

covered with bandanas, loaded crossbows in hand. They were met with little resistance. Tony chose to

tie up the merchants while Brandon checked the upstairs for treasure. While searching Brandon was

interrupted by screams coming from below. Something had gone terribly wrong. When Brandon came

down the stairs he stopped in horror. The place was a bloodbath. The merchants had been slaughtered

in grotesque and brutal fashion. In the middle of the mess, standing and covered in blood, was Tony.

Brandon approached the stone-faced Tony asking him what had happened. Tony shook his head and

said they had tried to attack him. Brandon, completely bewildered and terrified by the situation, told

Tony that they had to leave. Tony agreed. As Brandon turned around to head for the door he felt a

sharp pinch in his back and a warm liquid running down. He knew the sensation. He had been stabbed.

As he fell to the floor and began to lose consciousness Tony whispered in his ear, “You were never my

friend, you fucking elf.”

Brandon awoke in a cell. Blamed for the attempted robbery of Stonewall’s Trading Co. and the

murder of 3 merchants, Brandon was given a life sentence. Hopelessness settled in fast, as Brandon

became cold and heartless, fearless and determined. He never forgot about what had happened at

Stonewall and revenge never left his mind. 7 years passed before he was approached in his cell by a

silver-haired elf named Draco Sera who offered him freedom if he tried his fate at the Drannor prison

boxing competition. Every year the winner was rewarded their freedom. Brandon accepted and began

his training. His first fight was a joke, dropping the guy in the first 5 seconds with one hook. He was

soon given the nickname “Bomber”. He continued to win matches with ease up until his 15th and 3rd to

last opponent, Jason Lee, who was trained in the mysterious art of Jeet Kune Do. Brandon didn’t even

land a punch before he hit the ground. A week later he was once again approached in his cell by Draco.

Draco asked if he was an elf. Brandon responded by saying he was a half elf. Good enough, said Draco.

Draco, who was later learned to be a champion boxer, proceeded to train Brandon. Brandon quickly

excelled in pugilism and was even given the rare opportunity to learn magic. Protection and haste spells

would give him advantage in any fight. The following year he reentered the tournament and proceeded

to defeat all contenders and win the tournament. He was to be given his freedom. He would get his

revenge. Although the day before he was to be released, he was moved to St. Germain and thrown into

the Duke’s dungeon with four degenerates. He now awaits his fate.
