The leader of the Council, Dosoroth the Wise, with his deeply tanned and weathered skin hanging in leathery folds, thin white hair swaying to his waist, and a sleeveless suede tunic revealing still-strong arms and calloused hands, leans on a twisted polished wooden staff topped with a rough chard of rosy quartz.
