The grand city of Luxor, one of the Drannonian regional dukedoms, sports 20' stone walls and a 100' tower overlooking the shimmering Lake Luxor. Here, the Duke has instituted a progressive tax system funding a competent public assistance infrastructure, which has virtually eliminated poverty as well as entrepreneurial spirit.
