Background
A collector possibly in Cormire, Balkar was rumored to be a great hunter, yet also a great ally to strange and rare beasts of the realm. Gyanne was told of a tale where Balkar set out after hunters said to be stalking one of the last of the great Nogga in search of it's hide. For it is said a Nogga hide makes the most desirable carriage seats any hind-end has ever had the good fortune to meet. Rumor has it that only Balkar came back from that trek and that he carried with him the blades, bows and spears of those hunters, which he sold to fund an expedition for the relocation of the Nogga to a region deep within the Ozgarn Mountains to where an old gnome had told Balkar he'd seen Nogga sign.
