Known as a city of thieves, the sprawling city of Saint Germaine is notorious for its rampant crime rate. Any southern goods destined for the rest of Drannor pass through Saint Germaine's gates, a fact lost neither to the powerful Thieves Guild, nor the corrupt government with whom it colludes.
Khazka lived and worked here a while, before joining the Infiltrators.
Ignoble Assets began here.
