These notes are what Cardinal Francesco Maria keeps with him on the Affairs of State campaign.
People of Interest
Brianna Servant Lass and friend of Emelia, the prince's caretaker. She is engaged to Lars.
Lars works for Charles Goddfrey, who is a rich banker (who maria thinks is part of this secret organization.)
Tarn Wayloch is a weapons manufacturer that can't get to the dirk order because he is making one thousand spears and short swords of low quality.
The first investigation
- Maria will look into Charles Godfried.
- Reft will look into "employment" opportunities with armies being mustered
