An evil psychotic mage outcast by his guild of magi on the island of Thay, east of the Shining river. He has charmed or by some other means gained the following of a small band of Sligs from Thay to do his “housekeeping” and dirty work while his tower has been constructed. He has also managed to enslave many Norker Hobgoblins from the IronHills to do the manual labor.
Marckall being outcast has come here to gather power and amass an army of his own creation to help him find his other boot and prove his power to his former guild.
