He has charmed or by some other means gained the following of a small band of Sligs from Thay to do his “housekeeping” and dirty work while his tower has been constructed and he mined beneath it for the second boot of Akhad. He has also managed to enslave many Norker Hobgoblins from the IronHills to do the manual labor.
