Alternately "Gruumsh or even "Gruuumsh".
Ruler of orc deities.. He has but one large eye in the center of his face, and that eye is a symbol of the devoted, acknowledging that Grumsh watches every orc and judges him worthy or not.
Very devoted clerics of Grumsh pluck out their own left eye.
Sacrifices to Grumsh are generally blood; any enemy blood is good, innocent/pure blood even better.
Kazka Stoneblood had an uneasy relationship with Grumsh.
