The Bloody Knuckles Gang is the leading organized crime syndicate in Zareph. Darnell Armand was a top lieutenant in the organization for over a decade until his departure in '05. In '07, the organization was largely decapitated by a series of mysterious killings and successful government prosecutions, aided by Luther Feingold.
Cliff tried to persuade Darnell to stick around and head the organization, but Darnell's duties lay elsewhere (for now), and Cliff seemed ready to try and rebuild the damaged organization.
