Alfonse inherited the office from his uncle, and is known as a somewhat bumbling but well intentioned bureaucrat. His penchant for mind-altering substances and deviant sexual activities would end the career of any other duke of Drannor (except perhaps Saint Germaine), but in Saint Norbert, the population is not overly concerned.
