Luke Sarti was a wheel man for the Unione Corse, a secret society and criminal organization out of Marseilles. He is an expert in operating nearly every type of vehicle. He also excells at making trick shots while stunt driving. He got caught siphoning off extortion money. Forcing him to make a sudden change in location and career.
