From Dragonslayers GM Notes:

At Suijeng Rock, a 300' overhanging blade of a cliff which slices off 10% of the great river and sends it east, The bridge here is a modern marvel. The river is 200 yards across, and five great stone towers have been built in it and a hanging iron chains between them holding up a wood-plank bridge strong and stable enough for ox-drawn wagons.

On the far side a pair of entrepreneurs is doing a snappy business building boats. They are 26-yr-old Raja Ki, and his older brother Hana Ki. They have crew of 20 laborers cutting trees and building boats. They are both brilliant and charming, and people are traveling with their life savings, so prices are steep.

Dozens of families await their boats. Other entrepreneurs wander among them offering food. Everything is muddy, makeshift, lean-tos -- you get the sense none of this was here a month ago. The brothers will ask the party if they would like to buy one?
