Norpanhir

Great fortified city built into the great barrier wall, known as Tehka. Primarily a military stronghold, with forces waning in the last century due to lack of threat from the slant-eyed yellow-skins from the east. Recently, in the last ten years, there is rumor of a new eastern emperor in Shuto leading his people west, and Lord Baelvic has been enlisting young men to move to Norpanhir and learn the ways of the civilized warrior.
