A bandit who works the trade route along the Nesratu River. From the Ur campaign notes:

A skinny northerner grinning a bit maniacally with a big mustache and beard and dark green headscarf, a local-style colorful poncho (looks like an afghan or pakistani, rather than India) stands along the side of the muddy trail, raises his hand in greeting. Deep rainforest, dark under the canopy, he stands near the massive 3'-thick rootsystem of a 200' tree, surrounded by 3'-wide broad-leafed undergrowth. Monkeys and parrots chatter at each other overhead. “Hail, travelers!”

“I am Zemar Ajani. I am a bandit, and I am relieving you of your silver and gold.” [grinning – he's a foolhardy, daredevil, adrenaline junky. Tough to see if he's armed because of the big poncho]

Zemar is a ruthless fool and will likely get himself killed. The natives' will to fight will be lost if Zemar falls.
