A 'Boss' guarding one of the Luma Stones in the Superheroes campaign, encountered deep in the 4th level of the Temple of Geb.

From the notes:

The huge sarcophagus is open, its lid raised and rotated 30 degrees.

Lich wielding staff of withering (ex cleric/mage). His phylactery is the Luma Stone in 4E. He's behind a column nearest the secret door, and will lead by casting 'protection from good' before party enters, 'enlarge', then 'wizard lock' once they enter, closing and locking the doors -- and then emerge cackling. The skeletal remains are donned in ceremonial red robes, and a crown of gold is upon the thinly-haired skull.

This is Namamenes, a cleric/mage lich. (stats and spells on separate document). AC: 0, HP: 120, THACO: 9, D: d10+ -- will favor staff of withering - hand-tohand 1-10 damage, save vs paralysis (lasts until dispelled) +1 or better weapon to hit immune to charm, sleep, enfeeblement, polymorph, elec, insanity, death creatures of 5 or less HD save versus fear

Upon 'death', cackling will continue briefly.

The lich's lifeforce will retreat to the Luma Stone in 4E. Later, it'll try to possess random corpses nearby and escape with the stone.
