Umgar

Archdeacon Cecil Umgar is one of the oldest residents of Ghaines.

He's said to be unnaturally preserved due to his loyal service to his deity Sharif, although some credit the adventures of his younger years, which he will occasionally ramble about to the youth of the city after his sermons.

He is friendly and amiable to all. Recently he's gaining a reputation for being somewhat forgetful.
