In HotZone, a Sudanese colonel known for civilian atrocities. Liam McGregor and Candace Mason were first-hand witnesses and contacted Sascha Lutsenko for help. The United Nation's International Criminal Court was building a case throughout 2018 and 2019 but had failed to act, aside from asking Spanish federal authorities to track the Colonel's movements while vacationing in Barcelona.
The Colonel and most of his men were slain by Bwan Yong, Sascha Lutsenko, Annika Petrov, and Karl Burr in Barcelona in December 2019.
