Lowenport

While not walled, the port city of Lowenport is well governed and defended by a relatively recently established religious order called The Org. The King in Camlin has so far tolerated the ejection of the previous duke, since The Org continues to send tax monies to Camlin.

The Plague

In Avatars, a horrible plague decimated the population. By the time Bones of the Naga started, the city had mostly recovered.
