In the Pass of the Forbidden City, an undead resident. He was actually an immaterial spirit like the rest of the whisperers, but before the library been looted decades ago, was able to commit to memory some of the old spells, including one whihc allowed him to inhabit fresh corpses.
He was encountered in Dragonslayers. He's creepy, but friendly.
