Geb

Also known as the Oasis of Geb in the Muhtenkhamen Desert.

From the notes of the Superheroes campaign:

Late the next day, the city of Geb will first be spied from some 30 miles away. Over a dry and twisting riverbed through the dust and sand, a great lake is backdropped by a volcanic formation of some kind. The entire area is dotted with greenery and crops, and several waterfalls splash down the sides of the 2000' formation. Steam, or perhaps a cloud, hovers at the top. Warm sunshine everywhere, cloudless sky.

The city itself consists of sandstone block-like buildings with an occasional gold-plated bulbous-topped towers.

On approaching, while flying over a green field of high grass, a dark-skinned, white-robed boy of 12 or so waves wildly, excited to see a flying carpet(!!)....

In town, Blond-furred, black-faced monkeys leap from building to building, and rob fruit carts for fun.

The party will of course stick out like sore thumbs unless they wrap themselves in hempen robes and turbans and don't fly into town! Everyone will run like hell, and red-turbaned city guards with flashing scimitars will come running. "Come with us"....... they'll lead to sandstone pyramidal structure, but with windows and balconies and red silken curtains blowing gently in the breeze.

Geb has some high technology -- cannons (powerful but inaccurate).

Geb is ruled by Sultan Nesru-Aten.
