Saleph

A sprawling city along the salt marshes of the eastern Ra river delta. A satellite city-state under loose control of the Pharaoh, the population mostly works in the fishing and basket-weaving industries. Occasional murmurings of declaring independence from Ra result in periodic purgings by the Pharaoh's soldiers.
