As told by Wendella in the Ur campaign:
I remember belegar [1] Gwelmechai well. When he arrived and sought our counsel, it was as if he was carrying a great weight on his very soul. The artifact he carried seemed to actively drain his spirit. We agreed to sequester the breastplate here at Alatyth under the watch of our wisest warlock. And so it rested for the last 180 years.
