Luther Feingold

Luther Feingold is a tax-collector bureaucrat in Zareph, and a Contact of Darnell Armand in the Ur campaign. He has a silver afro and thick glasses and speaks with a suspicious German-ish accent.

There is some indication he'd contributed directly to the decapitation of the Bloody Knuckles organization.
