Chester

A vibrant fishing town of 20,000, Chester generally pays taxes to Saint Norbert, but every few years the collectors from Saint Cuthbert extract their dues as well. Insulated by many miles of settled territory, Chester is rarely marauded by anyone save for pirates from Icelund, who raid the town for locally produced pickled vegetables and cheese.
