Campaign Background

The Emperor prefers to demonstrate his power to the commoners when threats emerge, but sometimes he must outsource. What Happened
The Behemoth
The trade route between Kozu and Kali-Shaza has been disrupted by a massive beast, with a fortune in delicate cargo destroyed. Gozu sends Imperial Enforcers to find the Monster Hunters, known regionally as "Dawn's Claws", to deal with the issue.
