Shandalar

In Initiates, a wizened elf-mage who lives at a verdant bend in the River Ur. She tends to flowers and gardens and lives in a small straw hut. She is acquainted with the deity Celeste and the monk called Saul.

She is served by her swamp goblin companion Pekko.
